The Finance and Auditing Committee plays a vital role in maintaining financial transparency for the Big Mac Band Boosters. Appointed by the President, this committee reviews monthly financial records and reports its findings at the next booster meeting. At the end of each fiscal year, the Treasurer submits annual records for review, and the committee presents its approval at the August general meeting. All approved records are securely maintained for at least 10 years. When necessary, the Executive Board may request an external financial review to ensure continued accountability.
