The Nominating Committee plays a key role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying potential candidates for the following year’s Executive Board. This committee is made up of up to five member from the general membership before the March meeting. To keep the process fair and unbiased, committee members cannot run for office themselves. If a member decides to become a candidate, they will step down from the committee, and the chairperson will appoint a replacement.
