
BIG MAC BAND BOOSTERS
Big Mac Band Concert Attire
All members of the Big Mac Band — including those in the primary Concert Band as well as the Symphonic and Jazz ensembles — are required to wear the following attire for performances.
Gentleman

Black dress slacks

Plain black crew socks

Black dress shoes

A long-sleeved, white, button-down dress shirt with a collar, neatly tucked into dress slacks

Individuals with longer hair should ensure it is neatly pulled back using a black hair tie

Blue cummerbund and matching bow tie.
Ladies

Black dress slacks

Black nylon or plain black crew socks

The following items are not permitted as part of the official ensemble attire due to their informal or distracting nature:

Jeans, capris, leggings, shiny or glittery materials

Colored socks

Open-toed shoes, flip-flops, dress sandals, athletic shoes, or slippers

The white concert shirt must be formal and adhere to the following standards: it should feature a traditional or tuxedo collar, be long-sleeved, and have a button-down front that can be fastened at the neck. Shirts that do not meet these criteria — including collarless styles, polos, zippered tops, sleeveless, short-sleeved, ¾ sleeve, cap sleeve, camisoles, lace, sequined, shiny or glittery fabrics, patterned designs, sheer or see-through materials, peasant-style tops, and t-shirts — are not permitted.
